As a Lead Software Tester / Senior Software Test Engineer, you are responsible for establishing, enhancing, and operationally managing professional software testing across frontend and backend projects. You play a key role in ensuring the quality of modern web, API, and cloud applications and drive a strong testing culture through coaching and process improvement across the organization. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement an organization-wide testing strategy Build and scale automated testing for frontend and backend Plan, execute, and report testing in agile projects Define quality metrics, perform risk and defect analysis Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (DevOps environment) Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects

Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute functional tests on test benches and validation environments. Document and analyze defects , drive root cause analysis, and support corrective actions. Update and extend test specifications and test cases to ensure requirement traceability . Produce clear and comprehensive final test reports to support project milestones and release decisions. Support release management including: Planning of software/hardware releases Managing versions and variants Collaborating with Change Request (CR) management to generate CR status reports Ensure testing and validation activities align with project timelines and quality standards. Skills and experience ISTQB Certified (Foundation or Advanced level). Experience in the automotive industry with hands-on validation or testing roles. Domain expertise in one or more of the following: Infotainment Systems Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Energy Management Electric Drive (E-Drive) Strong experience with: Functional test planning and execution Defect tracking and issue resolution Writing and maintaining test cases and test specifications Final test reporting and documentation Exposure to release and version management processes. Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. High degree of proactiveness and ability to work independently. Strong learning abilities and adaptability to evolving technologies.

Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain backend systems using Kotlin and Spring Boot Collaborate in the conception, development, and optimization of software and technical processes Define and implement APIs , interfaces, and service integration layers Integrate and evaluate new technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities Manage DevOps pipelines and deployment processes using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Contribute to software architecture , system design, and code quality standards Provide 3rd level support and work closely with business analysts to understand functional requirements Support or take ownership of tasks related to agile project management and Scrum workflows Contribute across the stack as needed (e.g., Angular frontend or AI integration) Skills and experience 7+ years of experience in backend development , primarily with Kotlin and Java Spring Boot Strong knowledge of DevOps tools : Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitLab Experience with cloud environments (especially AWS Hosting ) Proficiency in software architecture , system integration, and API design Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices Good understanding of agile methodologies : Scrum, Product Ownership Strong experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, GitLab) Excellent debugging, documentation, and 3rd-level support skills Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and with business analysts

Assist with the tasks of the Project Safety Manager and independently derive tasks to the system level. Support the creation of normative work packages at various levels, including management, hardware, and software. Adapt processes and activities at the system level. Coordinate and implement all normative work products at the system level, including the creation or evaluation of hazard analysis and risk assessment, the Functional Safety concept, and the derivation of functional and technical safety requirements for components, including acceptance criteria. Provide information for the safety case at the system level. Create the release for production. Ensure compliance with hardware metrics at the system level for all safety objectives, depending on the ASIL. Ensure that safety objectives are ultimately met Escalating project-based safety issues or anomalies, as needed Skills and Experience Over three years of experience in Functional Safety (or similar standards) methods and analysis, particularly regarding ISO 26262, parts 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9 Experience with development processes (e.g. automotive) In-depth experience and knowledge of applying systems within the specific domain (e.g., ADAS, Steering, System Architecture) Experience with development of connected customer functions, such as system architecture Experience with requirements engineering & management. Comprehensive understanding of the project's underlying systems and functions Proficiency in safety analysis (e.g., FMEA, FTA) Strong moderation and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team

Skills and experience ISTQB Certified (Foundation or Advanced level). Proven experience in the automotive industry with a focus on requirements for engineering or systems implementation. Domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Infotainment Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Energy Management Electric Drive (E-Drive) Solid understanding of basic automotive systems and components (sensors, actuators, ECUs). Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining requirements using industry-standard tools. Familiarity with functional testing processes, including test planning and execution. Proficiency in C or Python for development or automation tasks. Strong oral communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams. Excellent analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
