As a Lead Software Tester / Senior Software Test Engineer, you are responsible for establishing, enhancing, and operationally managing professional software testing across frontend and backend projects. You play a key role in ensuring the quality of modern web, API, and cloud applications and drive a strong testing culture through coaching and process improvement across the organization.
Develop and implement an organization-wide testing strategy
Build and scale automated testing for frontend and backend
Plan, execute, and report testing in agile projects
Define quality metrics, perform risk and defect analysis
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (DevOps environment)
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects
