Job Description

'

As a Service Engineer, you'll be playing a vital role at Aavas to support various business functions.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can help different teams to work seamlessly on various applications.
He/she should be able to troubleshoot any issues effectively that the end user is facing.
Support Engineers should ensure proactive availability, and timely resolution.
Responsible for constant monitoring and analysis of issues/incidents and take initiatives in reduction of issues

What are we looking for?

Must have good written and verbal communication skills, along with consulting skills.
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills are desirable
Must have basic excel training /knowledge
Empathetic and Service Oriented Mind-set
Should be ready to work for extended hours/evening shifts.
