Designation: Staff Updated: May 19, 2025 Location: Gujarat, India Organization: Metals Job Description: Job Title Support Civil – Civil Infrastructure Role Description To Plan, execute and monitor civil works associated with plant and infrastructure civil including equipment foundation, Building, painting, finishing, piling, Road drains, structural work for sheds, Conducting survey and soil investigation for project. for Birla Copper. To ensure all statutory compliances, adherence to health, safety, environment norms and quality certification parameters with respect to work associated with department. Minimum Educational Qualifications Diploma in Civil- 5-6 years Maximum Educational Qualifications Experience Experience in handling civil project. Equipment foundation, pile foundation, structural work, planning, monitoring and control Job Description: To Assess potential risk, material and cost. Conducting soil investigation. Plant civil and infrastructure including equipment foundation, building, piling, structural works, roads, drains etc. Experience in earthwork and hazardous materials handling structure like landfill Experience of civil infrastructure & non-plant buildings Resolve emerging problems/deficiency effectively and creatively. Monitor progress and compile reports. Preparing estimates, costing and budgeting. To continuously upgrade skills and embed a culture of quality, safety and sustainability. Certification of bills and maintaining MIS. Implementation of all quality and safety initiatives at given location. Tracks spends against allocated project budget. Adheres to project timelines Qualifications: Diploma In Civil Engineering Minimum Experience Level: 4-8 Years Report to: Assistant General Manager
