Production Support Executive is responsible in providing functional support and troubleshooting our production systems. This includes monitoring systems, responding to Tickets and requests, and working with other IT staff to resolve issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries. They should also have excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
* Monitor production systems and identify potential problems.
* Respond to tickets and requests in a timely manner.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
* Availability of a 24/7 production support rotation.
* Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL queries,
* A preferred candidate has the SCM (supply chain management) or logistics.
2+ years of experience in Production Application Support
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
