About the Role

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in managing and executing various programs to drive business success.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of programs involving post purchase PO, project timelines, and programs that are running.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.
Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure structured tracking of programs on tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor progress against KPIs such as cost, timelines, quality, and delivery.
