Supply Chain Operations Specialist

As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist at Accenture, your role involves supporting the buying team to ensure accurate task completion to enhance overall business unit performance. You will be responsible for implementing promotion plans for the category, analyzing pricing, responding to stakeholder queries, and making necessary changes to product information. Your tasks will include inputting and delivering the promotional strategy for the category and ensuring pricing accuracy. Additionally, you will be involved in managing the end-to-end process of assigning clearance products, reviewing clearance items, and generating clearance reports for buying and merchandising review. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement buyer/merchandiser-led retail price changes, including checks, escalations, and approvals - Add promotion plans with relevant compliance checks, communicate to digital teams, and request approvals - Implement promotion offers such as discounts, ensure compliance, and seek necessary approvals - Manage the clearance process, ensuring correct pricing and meeting clearance criteria - Generate clearance reports through canvassing and data analysis - Ensure effective completion of promotional and pricing tasks **Qualifications:** - Any Graduation - 7 to 11 years of experience in pricing and promotion management or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of key pricing and promotion metrics - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus In this role, you will analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, and adapt existing methods and procedures as required. You will need to understand the strategic direction set by senior management, interact with peers and client management, and collaborate effectively across functions. Guidance will be provided when determining methods and procedures for new assignments, and decisions made by you will have an impact on the team.
