Supply Chain Operations Manager, AVP

Role Overview: You are invited to join as a Supply Chain Delivery Manager in India, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's competitive advantage and customer experience by developing and implementing innovative supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement global supply chain strategies across various spend categories, geographies, and business areas - Shape and manage the supply base in alignment with the company's strategy, including identifying new suppliers and improving supplier performance - Prioritize resources for efficient supply base management and delivery, ensuring objectives are met - Undertake contract and financial signing authority as per delegated levels and regional variations - Build strong networks within the supply market and external organizations, gaining insights and analysis - Implement stakeholder management strategy and provide excellent supply chain service - Understand relevant business areas and design solutions that meet their requirements Qualifications Required: - Commodity and supply market knowledge across supply chain categories - Degree level education or equivalent - Experience in strategic supplier relationships and contract management - Knowledge of contract law and legal aspects related to supply chain - Ability to disrupt business strategy positively using supply chain skills - Track record of issue resolution within supply chain services environment - Experience in designing and implementing supply chain models - Cost and financial management expertise - Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and analytical skills - Exposure to tools like Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa, Oracle, SAP, Fieldglass, etc. - Understanding of risk and sustainability in supply chain - Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Supply Chain (BFSI) industry (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
