Job Description

Skill required: Plan - Retail Forecasting & Replenishment
Designation: Supply Chain Operations Analyst
Qualifications:Any Graduation
Years of Experience:3 to 5 years
What would you do

Review sales vs forecast for promotion lines, determine promotion changes, tag promotion changes in Demand Planner and amend forecast based on changes madeAssign promotion forecast based on past sales data. Assist Merchandising team in implementing aspects of the category strategy to deliver KPIs including sales, profit, stock, and availability. Understand and use relevant systems in the management of intake, availability and stockWork with the supply teams to ensure that stock and availability targets are met
What are we looking for

Core Competencies

Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization

Good vermal and written communication

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Experience:o2-4 years business experience with a focus on supply chain processes, especially in the Retail or Consumer Goods spaceOther Expectations

Helpful and proactive manner, with a service orientation

Drives issues to resolution

Good organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good communication skills & ability to interface with clients.

Good interpersonal and administrative skills
Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems

Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors

In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management

You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments

The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others

You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
