Job Description

Position: Manager-Supply Chain Management(Pharma warehouse)

Location: Rangareddy, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
Develop and implement warehouse processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Lead and manage a team of warehouse supervisors and associates.
Monitor warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with procurement, transportation, and production teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain appropriate stock levels and perform regular cycle counts and audits.
Develop and manage warehouse budgets and cost control strategies.
Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software for inventory and logistics tracking.
Handle vendor and third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, if applicable.
