Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist / Executive / Manager

Location:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end supply chain planning, with strong expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal material flow, accurate demand planning, and efficient supply chain execution to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
supply chain planning
, including demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling.
Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales inputs to build accurate
demand forecasts
.
Manage procurement planning to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to avoid shortages and excess.
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in supply chain, demand planning, or forecasting roles.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work
fully onsite
in Aundh, Pune (mandatory).

Preferred:

Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, engineering, or related industry.
