Job Description: Analyze data and processes to provide business intelligence information to management. Advises management on the content and interpretation of business data. Utilizes software to conduct analyses and manage data processes Recommends alternative data or analysis solutions to management based on available data and business needs. Implements new data or analysis processes based on changing business or industry conditions. Qualifications/Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales, to understand data needs and deliver insights that support their objectives. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data collection, storage, and management. Statistical Modelling: Utilize statistical techniques and modelling to forecast trends, assess the impact of potential changes, and support decision-making processes. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements in data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
