Job Description

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve managing various aspects of inventory, order processing, supplier coordination, logistics support, and compliance and documentation. - Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess. - Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy. - Report discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues. - Process purchase orders and follow up on order status with suppliers. - Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery. - Coordinate with internal departments to manage order requirements and timelines. - Communicate with suppliers to manage relationships and resolve any supply chain issues. - Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. - Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to improve service levels. - Assist in planning and coordinating the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments. - Track shipments and address any delays or issues to ensure timely delivery. - Work with logistics partners to optimize shipping routes and costs. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. - Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels. - Assist in preparing documentation required for imports, exports, and customs. Additionally, the company provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. You will be working full-time in a day shift with the opportunity for a performance bonus. Please note that the work location is in person.,
