Job Description

Role & responsibilities Toll Manufacturing Coordination: Handle end-to-end Toll Manufacturing operations including vendor coordination, production planning, material supply, and timely delivery of finished goods. Purchase & Supply Chain Management (SCM): Oversee daily purchase and procurement activities. Ensure timely sourcing of raw materials and packaging materials. Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales demand. Product Knowledge: Understand formulations and functional properties of paints and drymix products. Work closely with R&D and QA/QC to ensure alignment between production and customer requirements. Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure products meet required quality standards and customer specifications. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to address any deviations or complaints. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with Toll Manufacturing partners, raw material suppliers, and internal teams. Act as the primary contact for operational and commercial coordination. Data Management& Reporting: Prepare reports and analysis using Excel (or ERP systems). Track purchase orders, stock levels, delivery timelines, and vendor performance metrics. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of Toll Manufacturing processes and vendor management Strong command over SCM and Purchase operations Good understanding of paints and drymix formulations Awareness of product quality standards Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
