We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from planning to delivery. This role will ensure timely procurement, smooth vendor coordination, and accurate tracking of orders to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Planning
Forecast demand, plan material requirements, and align supply schedules.
Vendor Management
Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries, negotiate timelines, and resolve supply issues.
Order Tracking
Monitor shipments, track order status, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Inventory Management
Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare shipment documents, maintain accurate records, and generate periodic supply chain reports.
Process Improvement
Identify gaps and suggest improvements in procurement and logistics processes

What We re Looking For

Bachelor s degree in commerce, business administration, or any related field.
1 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (FMCG, manufacturing, or e-commerce preferred) will be a plus
Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and order tracking tools.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
