Supply Chain Analyst / Trainee

As a Supply Chain Analyst at Masycoda Solutions, you will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain processes and ensuring efficient operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities, monitoring supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports that summarize supply chain performance and insights from software analysis. Desirable skills for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Operation, Computer Science, or an equivalent field. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The ability to work on multiple tasks and competing issues simultaneously, strong interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work independently or with limited direction are also valued.
