As a Business Analyst in Supply Chain Management with 2-3 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Work closely with clients to define high-level requirements and capture their business needs effectively. - Present products to potential customers, showcasing their features and benefits. - Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication. - Manage multiple tasks concurrently to meet challenging deadlines efficiently. - Create comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements documentation for projects. - Schedule and conduct all sprint ceremonies in a timely and effective manner. - Ensure that all Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) are thoroughly completed and approved before the start of each sprint. - Review and approve test cases to guarantee adequate coverage and high quality. - Maintain flexibility and availability for client calls, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Desired Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and self-learning capabilities. - Team player with a proactive, result-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience working with logistics or supply chain management software and processes. - Professional certifications in IT, logistics, or project management are considered advantageous.
