Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our supply chain in the solar energy sector. This role is critical to ensuring the

smooth procurement, tracking, and distribution of solar & battery-related products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and assisting with other supply chain tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage purchase & sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supplier information. Track and monitor deliveries and resolve any discrepancies or delays. Communicate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Assist in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory replenishment. Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Help coordinate returns, exchanges, warranty and damage claims. Assist with supplier onboarding, compliance checks, and documentation (e.g., certifications)

Candidate Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics role experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with solar components (modules, inverters, racking, batteries) is preferred. Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., Unleashed) and Microsoft.

Skills & Competencies:

High-level administration skills Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing procedures, and shipping/logistics processes. Both a team player and work autonomously
