Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer - Logistics Job Purpose: Support supplier selection and development to ensure parts are delivered on time, in the right quantity, and meet logistics standards. Resolve supplier issues and improve delivery performance to customers. Key Responsibilities: Participate in logistics projects related to suppliers (e.g., supplier evaluation, inventory management). Improve processes between suppliers, and customers. Analyze and improve logistics workflows. Investigate logistics problems and follow up on corrective actions. Use quality tools like 8D reports and workshops to solve issues. Audit suppliers and check their compliance with SMP logistics requirements. Visit suppliers to address current projects and problems. Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and verify their delivery capabilities. Manage related systems and supplier evaluations. Special Duties: Act as the expert for key supplier development. Ensure all company policies and logistics standards are followed. Monitor logistics performance to maintain high delivery quality. Ensure supplies are qualified for logistics requirements. Required Qualifications: Degree in business administration or similar. Basic quality assurance knowledge: auditor training preferred. Experience in automotive supplier logistics. Good German and English skills. Proficient in MS Office and SAP. Note- Candidate must be ready to join us within 30 days.
