Job Description

Schaeffler is looking for Supplier Quality Eng. to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in supplier quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall performance.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and coaching to suppliers on quality procedures and best practices.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to supplier quality.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or qualifications are an asset.
Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of SQMS principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
