With a diverse workforce of cutting-edge engineers and technologists, we partner with prestigious IC chip manufacturers and OEMs globally, operating from our headquarters in Mohali, India, and satellite offices in the United States, the Middle East, Singapore, Taiwan, Ireland, and other locations. **Roles & Responsibilities:** **Supplier Evaluation and Selection:** - Evaluate potential elastomer suppliers based on quality standards, capabilities, and production capacity. - Collaborate with procurement teams to select vendors meeting the companys requirements and standards. **Supplier Auditing:** - Conduct regular audits of elastomer suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. - Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions in collaboration with suppliers. **Performance Management:** - Monitor elastomer suppliers performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) like quality, delivery, and cost. - Develop and maintain supplier scorecards to track performance trends. **Quality Assurance:** - Establish quality control processes for incoming elastomer materials. - Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures. **Technical Expertise:** - Utilize deep knowledge of elastomer materials, properties, and processing techniques to provide technical support to suppliers and internal teams. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in elastomer technology. **Eligibility Criteria:** **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, or related field; Masters degree preferred. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in supplier engineering or quality engineering roles with a focus on elastomers. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proficiency in evaluating elastomer materials, understanding their properties, and familiarity with processing techniques. - Experience in supplier evaluation, auditing, and performance management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring product quality and reliability.
