Supplier Database lead

As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining the supplier database, including the Vendor list, PEPP, and SUMO. You will collaborate with the sourcing manager, category manager, procurement manager, Qualify, and Engineering teams to qualify suppliers effectively based on the qualification process. Your role will involve collecting and sharing information within the team, generating reports from the data, identifying gaps in the accuracy of information, and correcting any discrepancies in alignment with various stakeholders. Regular reporting of vendor information to Management will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to utilize your expertise in sourcing and vendor management, along with strong Excel and Power BI skills. Experience in data management, update, and collection will be beneficial as you work with figures, collect, analyze, and interpret data using relevant software. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential for this role. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of any additional languages will be considered an asset.
