Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our footwear e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth dispatch operations, error-free order fulfillment, and proper handling of returns. This is a hands-on role that requires leadership, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills with the warehouse team. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Supervise all warehouse operations including picking, checking, packing, and dispatch of orders. Ensure correct item, size, and brand is shipped for every order. Monitor and control returns process — check, verify and restock returned products properly. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure stock is kept in proper bins and zones. Coordinate with pickers, checkers, and packers to maintain order flow. Prepare and monitor daily dispatch & return reports. Ensure SOPs are followed strictly at every stage of operations. Identify operational errors and take immediate corrective action. Monitor staff performance and train team members when required. Work closely with management to increase efficiency and reduce dispatch errors. 🧑‍💼 Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of dispatch, return, and inventory control processes. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Order Management Systems). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude. 💰 Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
