Job Description

Job Title: Loading Supervisor Company: Exim Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Location: Athagarh , Khuntuni ,Arti steel Must Have 2 Wheeler and DL. Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Loading Supervisor to oversee loading and unloading operations at our logistics facility. The candidate will be responsible for supervising loaders, ensuring proper handling of goods, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely dispatches. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage loading and unloading of goods as per company guidelines. Ensure accurate placement, stacking, and securing of goods during loading. Monitor and allocate manpower effectively to meet operational timelines. Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams for dispatch and delivery. Maintain records of goods loaded/unloaded and prepare daily reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of materials. Identify and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or manpower shortages. Train and guide loaders for efficient and safe working practices. Requirements: Proven experience as Loading Supervisor or in a similar role in logistics/warehouse. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
