Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor/Executive to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, with 1-3 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Manage staff schedules and allocate tasks based on skill level and workload requirements.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality control.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
