Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple job types.
• Manage manpower efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance, repair, and operational activities.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources at the site.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide guidance and support to workers, fostering a productive and disciplined environment.
• Report regularly on-site progress, manpower deployment, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals.

Candidate Profile

• 5–6 years of supervisory experience in site operations.
• Diploma, B.E., or ITI qualification preferred; highly experienced candidates may also apply.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to oversee diverse jobs effectively and ensure smooth execution.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to the values of animal protection and welfare.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
