Key Responsibilities

Supervise IPDRG coders and oversee performance metrics
Conduct coding audits and guide team on DRG validation
Coordinate with clinicians and documentation specialists for record improvement
Maintain alignment with regulatory standards and hospital revenue protocols

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in IPDRG coding, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
Certification in CCS/CPC or equivalent is mandatory
Excellent command of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG grouping

Position 2: Supervisor Surgery

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of certified surgical coders and manage daily operations
Audit complex surgical cases for compliance and accuracy
Provide training and updates on CPT coding changes

Over 7 years of surgical coding experience, with supervisory experience preferred
Strong expertise in CPT coding and surgical procedural terminology
Certification (e.g., CPC, CCS-P) is essential
