Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Structural Supervisors for a leading turnaround project in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing structural fabrication and erection activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise structural steel fabrication, assembly, and erection work on-site.
• Ensure execution of work in accordance with engineering drawings, codes, and project specifications.
• Plan daily tasks and allocate manpower, tools, and materials accordingly.
• Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth execution of turnaround activities.
• Monitor progress and report daily work updates and challenges to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and permit-to-work systems during all structural operations.
• Identify and resolve any site issues or conflicts to avoid delays.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI.
• Experience: 5 – 8 years in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
• Project Experience: Experience in turnaround or shutdown projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of structural fabrication, welding, rigging, and erection procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹143,222.17 - ₹157,544.38 per month
