Job Description

Direct and manage the work of cleaning personnel in various settings like hotels, hospitals, schools, colleges, and other organizations. Assign cleaning duties to staff, evaluate performance, and train new employees on policies, procedures, and the operation of cleaning equipment. Handle housekeeping-related complaints and customer service concerns, resolving issues efficiently. Maintain inventory records for cleaning supplies and equipment; may manage the purchasing of materials and equipment maintenance services. Track room check-out and check-in schedules to efficiently assign cleaning tasks. Ensure the housekeeping team meets cleanliness standards and operational requirements. Supervising the housekeeping department requires strong management and communication skills to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing a housekeeping team. In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning standards. Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate team members. Ability to handle customer service concerns and maintain high service quality.
