Supervisor, Salesforce Technical Architect

As a Salesforce Technical Architect at RSM, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cloud technology solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include leading Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development, enforcing best practices and DevOps processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, managing and mentoring a team, and leading project meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Leading Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Development: Supervise and guide the project team in Salesforce configuration tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Enforcing Best Practices and DevOps Process: Establish and enforce best practices in Apex and LWC development, ensuring adherence to DevOps processes for continuous integration, delivery, and testing. - Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with onsite consultants to gather business requirements, understand client needs, and propose appropriate Salesforce solutions through workshops and requirement gathering sessions. - Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth while providing regular feedback on performance. - Leading Project Meetings: Actively participate in and lead key project meetings, present developed solutions, and provide technical insights to stakeholders for a smooth project lifecycle. Qualifications: - 7 - 10 years hands-on experience configuring solutions using the Salesforce platform, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Expertise in custom development using Apex, Javascript, Node JS, Visualforce pages, and LWC. - Proficiency in automations, process builder, and flow. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. - Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
