Supervisor, Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with 7-10 years of hands-on experience configuring solutions using the Salesforce platform to implement business solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role and expertise in custom development using technologies like Apex, JavaScript, and Node JS.

• Lead Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• Supervise and guide project teams in Salesforce configuration tasks.
• Establish, promote, and enforce best practices in Apex and LWC development.
• Collaborate with onsite consultants to gather business requirements and understand client needs.
• Actively participate in key project meetings, including solution sprint demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
• Provide technical insights to stakeholders, ensuring a smooth project lifecycle.

• Expertise in custom development using technologies like Apex, JavaScript, and Node JS.
• Strong understanding of Apex & triggers, Visualforce pages, and LWC.
• Experience with automation, process builder, and flow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and use initiative to meet deadlines.
