We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with 7-10 years of hands-on experience configuring solutions using the Salesforce platform to implement business solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role and expertise in custom development using technologies like Apex, JavaScript, and Node JS. Roles and Responsibility Lead Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development. Supervise and guide project teams in Salesforce configuration tasks. Establish, promote, and enforce best practices in Apex and LWC development. Collaborate with onsite consultants to gather business requirements and understand client needs. Actively participate in key project meetings, including solution sprint demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. Provide technical insights to stakeholders, ensuring a smooth project lifecycle. Job Requirements Expertise in custom development using technologies like Apex, JavaScript, and Node JS. Strong understanding of Apex & triggers, Visualforce pages, and LWC. Experience with automation, process builder, and flow. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and use initiative to meet deadlines.
