Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor position based in Ariyalur. The Supervisor will oversee team operations, delegate responsibilities, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Additional responsibilities include monitoring work processes, maintaining quality standards, providing team training and guidance, and ensuring that safety and compliance protocols are followed at all times.

Strong organizational and planning abilities to handle multiple tasks and ensure timely job completion.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.

Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.
