Supervise and manage staff: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate production employees. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and discipline as needed. Manage production: Plan and schedule production runs to meet demand, monitor the production process, and ensure efficient use of equipment and resources. Ensure quality and safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment and produce high-quality products. Improve efficiency: Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and solve problems as they arise. Manage resources: Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available.
