Job Description

Technical Supervision

Oversee the operation and maintenance of textile machinery.
Ensure production processes align with technical specifications and quality standards.
Monitor and control process parameters to improve product quality and minimize waste.

Production Management

Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
Coordinate with production planners to schedule operations efficiently.
Troubleshoot process issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Quality Control & Assurance

Implement and monitor quality control systems.
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure fabric/yarn meets specifications.
Investigate quality complaints and take corrective/preventive actions.

Team Leadership

Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and operators.
Delegate tasks and ensure accountability among team members.
Promote safety and compliance with workplace regulations.

Process Improvement & Innovation

Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and product performance.
Assist in R&D and trial runs of new materials or production techniques.
Recommend upgrades to machinery or processes.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of production output, downtime, maintenance, and quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure accurate documentation for audits and certifications.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with other departments (e.g., maintenance, QA, R&D, procurement).
Communicate technical issues clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Support interdepartmental efforts to achieve production goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
