Supervisor-Housekeeping (Executive)

As an Inspector at Marriott International, your role involves inspecting guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeepers to ensure quality standards are maintained. You will be responsible for running sold room reports, verifying room status, determining discrepant rooms, prioritizing room cleaning, and updating the status of departing guest rooms. Additionally, you will assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and act as a liaison to coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Documenting and resolving issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk and preparing, distributing, and communicating changes in room assignments will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will need to communicate any issues to the next shift and complete all required paperwork diligently.
