Supervisor - Housekeeping

You are a Housekeeping Supervisor responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff in Indore. Your role involves ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, punctuality, and quality standards in designated areas. You will train, schedule, and supervise staff, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high standard task completion. - Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and compliance with company policies. - Manage staff schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels. - Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. - Address and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally. - Maintain inventory levels of uniforms, cleaning supplies, and equipment. - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with the Head Office to meet operational requirements. - Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, performance, and areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and health standards in an industrial plant. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Basic proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office and Excel).
