Job Description

Supervise assigned operational functions as directed by Photographer and Manager to achieve the department s financial goals

Oversee the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company s core values and brand attributes, ensure the ultimate wedding experience for each and every couple, while focusing on the employee s ability to maintain and deliver these standards
Supervise wedding coordinators and administrative assistants, to include: training; coaching; performance feedback, recommend and administering discipline, and scheduling
Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction; instrumental in the interview and hiring process, encompassing the company s diversity commitment
Handle wedding party complaints to ensure complete satisfaction by taking proper steps to remedy any problems that may arise in the planning, and coordination of a ceremony
Perform other job-related duties as requested

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Any Degree
Previous experience working as a photographer supervisor may be required.
Familiarity with professional cameras and lighting equipment.
Ability to work after hours when needed.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
