As the Supervisor of Client Services Instructors, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a team of instructors delivering training to clients through various formats such as virtual, on-site, or hybrid sessions. Your role involves ensuring training quality, consistency, and effectiveness while also managing scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations for the instructor team. You will be expected to lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of Client Services instructors, monitor their performance, engagement levels, and scheduling. Conducting regular team meetings, training refreshers, and coaching sessions will be essential to promote continuous improvement within the team. Additionally, providing onboarding and mentoring to new instructors will be part of your responsibilities. In terms of training quality and delivery, you will facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, ensuring they meet quality standards, client expectations, and learning outcomes. Observing training sessions and providing constructive feedback to instructors to enhance their delivery will also be crucial. Reviewing client feedback and making necessary adjustments to delivery methods or content will be part of your role to ensure client satisfaction. Operational coordination will involve managing the scheduling of instructor-led sessions across client accounts and collaborating with client success and operations teams to align instructor availability with demand. Tracking and reporting training metrics such as attendance, engagement, and satisfaction scores will also fall under your purview. Identifying gaps in training materials or delivery methods and working with curriculum developers to address them, as well as recommending and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and enhance client experience, will be key components of your role. You will also serve as a point of escalation for client concerns related to instructor delivery and support strategic client conversations regarding training customization, planning, and outcomes. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and have at least 3-5 years of experience in training, instruction, or client-facing learning roles. Supervisory or team lead experience is preferred, and experience delivering training to external clients is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, organizational, and time management skills are essential, along with proficiency in learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and scheduling systems. In addition to the qualifications mentioned, the ideal candidate for this role will possess a client-centric mindset, leadership and people development skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities, a data-driven approach to performance management, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
