You will also serve as a point of escalation for client concerns related to instructor delivery and support strategic client conversations regarding training customization, planning, and outcomes. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and have at least 3-5 years of experience in training, instruction, or client-facing learning roles. Supervisory or team lead experience is preferred, and experience delivering training to external clients is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, organizational, and time management skills are essential, along with proficiency in learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and scheduling systems. In addition to the qualifications mentioned, the ideal candidate for this role will possess a client-centric mindset, leadership and people development skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities, a data-driven approach to performance management, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
