Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our café. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day café operations (dining, kitchen, delivery, and service).
Lead and motivate staff, assign shifts, and ensure proper attendance.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, stock management, and proper inventory control.
Train new staff and ensure ongoing skill development.
Support management in achieving sales targets and cost control.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of café operations, inventory, and POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
