Supervisior For Car Service Center

Team Management:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Assign tasks to mechanics and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
• Motivate and train staff to maintain high service standards.

Customer Handling:

• Interact with customers to understand service needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
• Ensure all vehicles are serviced as per customer requests and brand standards.

Service Operations:

• Monitor the workflow in the service bay and ensure proper job allocation.
• Ensure quality control checks before vehicle delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, work orders, and service records.

Inventory & Parts Management:

• Coordinate with the parts department for required spares and materials.
• Check availability and timely ordering of parts to avoid service delays.
• Maintain records of consumables and tools.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track and report daily service performance, productivity, and revenue.
• Identify areas for improvement in operations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all service targets (productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction) are achieved.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce safety and cleanliness in the workshop area.
• Ensure all employees follow company policies, service protocols, and safety regulations.
• Conduct periodic audits of tools, equipment, and workplace standards.

Coordination with Management:

• Provide daily reports to the Service Manager or higher management.
• Support in planning promotions, service camps, and customer engagement activities.
• Contribute to service process improvements and customer retention strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
