Joining our team will not only provide you with an exceptional experience but also contribute to creating a better working world for all. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage treasury operations, including reconciliations, accounting, and finance tasks. - Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. - Utilize bank platforms and ERP systems, with a preference for SAP. - Collaborate effectively with global and multicultural teams. - Engage in a hybrid work arrangement, being open to working both onsite and remotely. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or relevant field. - Preferably hold a CPA and/or CTP license. - Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in treasury operations, reconciliations, accounting, or finance. - Demonstrated expertise in banking transactions, reconciliations, forecasting, fund transfers, hedging, and foreign exchange. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively. - Familiarity with bank processes and experience in a global team environment.
