Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering

Desired Competencies

Minimum 2 - 4 end-to-end implementations in ONB 2.0.
Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
Handled configurations/updates to ONB Panels, PDF forms, Custom Forms, Notifications, Onboarding Tasks, New Hire Activities, and has experience in On/Offboarding configuration, understanding its feasibilities and limitations.
Must have worked on Onboarding, Off-boarding, and Cross-boarding modules.
Should have mandatory experience/knowledge about integrations from RCM ONB EC.
Knowledge of integration of ServiceNow/Document Management system (OpenText) with Onboarding & Offboarding.
Good experience in ONB 2.0 Story Reports and excellent experience in running advanced and ad-hoc reports based on requirements.
Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development.
Conduct strategy sessions with customers by identifying the client's current process and future state needs.
Experience in handling incidents and well-versed in error analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and applications and suggesting improvement areas.
Knowledge of other modules like Recruiting, EC, etc. is an added advantage.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in a global organization.
Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
