SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and handling configurations, updates, and integrations related to onboarding, off-boarding, and cross-boarding modules. Additionally, you will be expected to provide guidance on best practices, conduct strategy sessions with clients, and proactively monitor solutions for improvement areas. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 2-4 end-to-end implementations in ONB 2.0 - Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 - Handling configurations/updates to ONB Panels, pdf forms, Custom Forms, Notification, Onboarding Task, New Hire Activities - Experience with onboarding, off-boarding, and cross-boarding modules - Knowledge of integrations from RCM, ONB, EC - Integration of ServiceNow/Document Management system with Onboarding & Offboarding - Experience in ONB 2.0 Story reports and running advanced and ad-hoc reports - Gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development - Conducting strategy sessions with clients - Handling incidents, error analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving - Proactively monitoring solutions and applications Qualifications Required: - BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (Location: Ahmedabad) Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and handling configurations, updates, and integrations related to onboarding, off-boarding, and cross-boarding modules.
