Job Description

Job Title: Submittals Coordinator Lighting Specification

Location: Chennai / Bengalore / Coimbatore

Submittals Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Create, format, and organize lighting fixture
specification sheets
.
Research and download fixture datasheets and catalogs from manufacturer websites.
Prepare structured
technical submittals
using
ParSpec
.
Collaborate with design and procurement teams to ensure submittals meet client and project requirements.
Maintain an organized database of approved submittals for ongoing and future projects.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in
lighting specification
,
MEP submittals
, or
technical documentation
.
Familiarity with
lighting products
, fixture types, and specifications.
Working knowledge of tools such as
ParSpec
,
AutoCAD
,
DIALux/Relux
, or
Revit
(added advantage).
Proficiency in
MS Excel
, PDF editing, and basic documentation tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to join
immediately
or within short notice.

Preferred Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering
Experience in MEP, electrical design, or lighting industry preferred
