At Brightlife, we create transformative online courses that empower families through conscious parenting, mindfulness, and emotional growth. We’re a heart-centered, collaborative team on a mission to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Curriculum Design Review and refine visual design (graphics, transitions, cueing, highlights). Ensure concept clarity and pedagogical flow across modules. Collaborate with the editing team on sub-module level revisions. 2. Learning Resource Development Design engaging learning tools: quizzes, infographics, short eBooks, and curated resource lists. Create printable flashcards, parenting journals, and explore physical product options. What We’re Looking For Background in psychology, early education, parenting, or instructional design (formal or hands-on). Strong writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex ideas. Experience with tools like Google Docs, Canva, or Figma. Independent, proactive, and flexible working style. Bonus Points If You: Are passionate about parenting, mindfulness, and conscious living. Have experience coordinating across creative teams and giving constructive feedback.
