Subject Matter Expert (SME) – AI/ML & Data Science

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and passionate Subject Matter Expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science to join our team. The SME will be responsible for providing expertise, developing course content/training modules, guiding learners, and ensuring industry relevance in curriculum and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training content in AI, ML, and Data Science.
• Conduct lectures, workshops, and mentoring sessions for learners/professionals.
• Guide projects, assignments, and real-world case studies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and research in AI/ML & Data Science.
• Collaborate with the academic and content development team to maintain curriculum standards.
• Provide expert insights and feedback to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Support in preparing assessment tools, question banks, and evaluation frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, NumPy, Pandas.
• Hands-on experience in Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Data Analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of ML models.
• Prior experience in teaching/training, mentoring, or curriculum development preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• 3–7 years of industry or academic experience in AI/ML & Data Science.
• Experience with end-to-end ML model lifecycle (data preprocessing, training, deployment, monitoring).
• Contributions to research papers, open-source projects, or AI/ML communities will be an added advantage.
