Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Subject Matter Expert - Learning & Development based in Chennai location. Your primary responsibility will be to support the extraordinary teams in building great products and contributing to the growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate 4 hours of training daily on leadership, soft/ behavioral skills. - Design and develop or enhance existing training content for individual contributors and people managers. - Create assessments, quizzes, and learner engagement activities to reinforce learning outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is required. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilitating behavioral and soft skills trainings. - Experience in delivering 30 hours of training per month. - Proficiency in MS-Excel (Intermediate) and MS-PowerPoint.
