Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Subject Matter Expert - Learning & Development based in Chennai. Your primary responsibility will be to support our teams by facilitating training sessions on leadership, soft skills, and behavioral skills. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate 4 hours of training daily on leadership, soft skills, and behavioral skills. - Design and develop new training content or enhance existing materials for individual contributors and people managers. - Create assessments, quizzes, and learner engagement activities to reinforce learning outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilitating behavioral and soft skills trainings. - Delivering 30 hours of training delivery per month. - Proficiency in MS-Excel (Intermediate) and MS-PowerPoint.
